My Kia was having some issues that I thought may have been related to a recall notice I received in the mail. I scheduled an appointment to have the recall issue inspected (this is free). When I brought the vehicle in, the service desk informed me that they needed to diagnose the Check Engine light before they could do the scheduled recall inspection (even though the Check Engine light was a potential side effect of the recall), and that it would be a charge of over $100. This is a process I was able to do myself fairly easily, and therefore was not interested in paying to have it done. Unfortunately, they refused to proceed with the recall checks/maintenance until they diagnosed the cause of the light. Typical bait/switch.

I want to say that I had a great experience at Lujack Kia. My car was done for and I had to get a vehicle fast. I went around and test drive from almost every dealer and the Kia Optima just had a great ride. I originally went to Courtesy Kia in Moline since I live close by. However, their service, or lack thereof I should say, was atrocious. I liked the Optima so much that I called over to Lujack Kia and ended up with a great salesman. I called and gave Tim the rundown on what I was looking for and price, etc. I asked for a quote since Courtesy couldn't seem to give me a real answer. Tim Herrin not only called me back that night to let me know the status of his findings but touched base again the next day. I was still on the fence and we test drove a couple other cars and I decided the Optima was for me. He made the process simple, easy, and quick. I didn't have time for sales tactics and Tim and I were on the same page of getting my goal done and done quickly but for the best possible price. I did not have anything to trade in so I did not have to negotiate that. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car that needs a straight shooter to go to Tim Herrin. Also, Mike in Finance and Darryl running quotes were a great team to work with. Thank you all so much!

I purchased my 2017 vehicle from Lujack Kia Mazda, my sales consultant was Michael Alatorre and he was OUTSTANDING! His customer service was ABOVE ALL! Professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with getting back to me on updates. He always was going the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle upon delivery and even after. I have never experienced such service before at any dealership that I had from Mr. Alatorre, also the rest of the staff that I was in contact with Darnell and Michelle also wonderful! I will be definetly doing business with Micahel Alatorre at Lujacks in the future!

Great price on oil change for my Mazda but terrible service charges for work. I brought my car in for a factory update on the PCM. Despite me telling them I needed an update they still had to run a 110$ diagnostic.
