Best experience at a dealership I've ever had.  I was looking for a good used car at a reasonable price and found the perfect deal.  The salesman was fantastic and finance was quick and efficient.  Brandon Carder is the salesman you want to talk to!!  We will definitely shop there again.

Allan at the Mercedes dealership is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always works with our busy schedule, keeps us updated as to progress or delays. We had our vehicles serviced here for years & will continue because of the great personal service.

I’ve bought over 4 cars from here over the years. But my brand new 2015 Jetta GLI has had issues since the first week. None of which are fixed even years later. They do not document the repairs and diagnostics properly. And VW couldn’t care less. Great job y’all 👎🏼

I call and schedule my service appointments with Jess Zubeck.  I like working with Jess because she recognizes me when I call, she's very thorough and knowledgeable with questions I have.   And if she doesn't have the answer, she will find out and get right back with me.  If anything is found during service needing to be addressed, Jess takes the time to call me first to discuss and confirm the replacement.
 I appreciate going through the bill together before I make payment.  Jess  makes sure I don't have questions and understand everything.  And Jess forecasts ahead of service needs to consider at my next service appointment.  
She's a delightful, professional associate to work with.  Lujack  is fortunate to have her on staff.

i ended up not buying a car there.  however, susan was terrific to work with.  responsive and professional.  never once did she try to 'sell' me.  i see myself considering them when another vehicle is on the menu
