CAUTION! State St Park n Ride is not a MEGABUS stop! True one is in the park of shoping malls. Don't trust the Google Map's navigation. I almost missed my bus.

Not about megabus. The park and ride program is actually good and it's free parking. If you live in rural area but attend the school, you know what I mean.

Megabus was very handy when I needed to go home from college on the weekends. I took the Ann Arbor-Grand Rapids route and the bus driver was very friendly, and made sure everyone got on the bus, the wifi was working, the bathroom was nice, and the seats were also very comfortable. The bus also got there a little earlier than when it was supposed to be there so that was also very nice! The driver made sure we knew where she was stopping, by letting us know over the intercom. She even stopped for a 20 minute bathroom break and other things so we could all stretch our legs. The air was nice, and the plugs worked too so I could charge my phone! The ride overall was a great experience. I highly recommend it.

Pros - it has sockets to charge your electronic devices. - Price is cheap - It's more comfortable compared to other buses Con's - Customer service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!! Uninformed!! Not accommodating!! - They will be late! - If the bus is late you will not receive an update until an hour or two after the bus was supposed to arrive. - If they don't show up until hours later you WILL NOT get a refund. It's set in stone. I take the bus from East Lansing to Detroit and vice versa. I would not suggest for anyone to take the bus UNLESS it is your very last option! If the bus is on time and nothing goes wrong you will enjoy your trip.
