Small kiosk sized office that appeared to be open concurrent with arriving busses only. This way point, adjacent to a recently remodeled McDonald's, was opened and closed by the drivers. Benches placed at the stop gave some comfort to waiting passengers but were placed in the elements and unshielded from rain, snow and heat. It is best for waiting passengers to visit the McDonald's located in the same parking area to shelter there as it is easy to see arriving busses well in advance. Just buy something and I'm certain that they would be happy to host your wait for the bus.

DO NOT RIDE GREY HOUND!! Im currently in the middle of a 4hr layover and I got the transfer station that im at now at 1 am well now its gonna be another 3hr layover here. Thats no the worst part, I was supposed to be in Columbus ohio (another transfer station) at 1:30 pm which now it will be around 4:30pm well the bus I was going to head out of Columbus leaves at 2:50pm which I will clearly miss now, well the next bus doesnt leave until 4:40am the next day!! So do the math thats 12hrs later after I get to Columbus now and greyhound will not refund or put me in a damn hotel!! All because they forgot to schedule a damn driver! It is clearly their fault! It's not like the bus broke down or the weather delayed it, THEY FORGOT TO SCHEDULE A DRIVER!!

They really need to rate drivers some of them are cool but the mayority are as$#°|€$ And i know people that is choosing fligths instead of a bad experience

Clerk very rude a large fat man said her suitcase wasn't on there she told him what section it was in he slowly got up went out and threw all the luggage onto the ground and my wife said there it is got and threw it on the side to ground. I would have fired himthen

Quick and easy to get bus tickets...rest rooms were dirty... the older staff are not very nice and would rather not deal with customers...
