Kevin and team are fantastic. Took their time to explain everything that needed to be done and kept me informed each step of the way. If I could go higher than 5 stars for customer service I would. Honest people, honest prices. A rarity in auto repair and service these days. Will be my go to place from now on.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Griffin Brothers for nearly 8 years due to the recommendation of a neighbor.  It was one of the best decisions we made when moving here.  David Wilson and all the client facing folks are just awesome!!  The Park Road location has a nice waiting area complete with coffee and popcorn.  If you live locally they can give you a ride home if you need to drop off your car for the day.  Sometimes a loaner car is necessary for a longer process or waiting for parts, but they take care of you no matter what.  We trust them and love having our cars serviced by them.  

Wanted to add to this review that now we've been taking are cars to Griffin Brothers for almost 13 years. We still have the same fabulous service and know that they will do things right. Much less expensive than the dealership but great service with a smile.

The staff was freindly, efficient and personable. I was only in for an inspection but they treated me like I was in for something major. I was interested in getting some quotes for new tires and received a range of prices and brands to choose from. Finally when the inspection was complete they were able to send the information directly to the state and I paid for the new sticker and taxes right in the store. I was impressed with how helpful everyone was.

This place is incredible.  They make you feel as if you are the only customer they have.  In today's day this is extremely rare especially in the auto care industry.  Bryan is a fantastic and honest manager.  I would highly recommend Griffin Brothers in Pineville.

Walked in to be greeted by the nicest gentleman, who just happened to be the manager! Bryan Leigh was such a delight and he had such an enjoyable personality and assured me if I had ANY problems at all with my tire, to return and he would make it right!! VERY impressed, since this was my 1st trip here! Have definitely saved this location in my phone for future reference!!
