Staff is friendly and store is kept organized, as much as it is possible. However, most of the items are out dated and not worth the price they ask. In fact, I saw two cans of miniwax poly gloss sealer with two different prices. One was $8 and the other was $12. It was the same item with different prices. A brand new can is around $10 at Lowe's. I find most items, other than furniture, priced this way. Why should I buy not new items at a higher price when I can buy new at the same cost or cheaper at a major hardware store?

Well organized and easy to find whatever you are looking for. Always interesting furniture pieces in there and below retail prices on most items. New discount program starts May 1st so it will be interesting to see what that looks like. This is a must whenever I am in this town
