Bassett was wonderful to work with from the beginning to end. They really worked hard on every detail of what we wanted and needed. They designed a space that was beautiful, functional, and practical for our family of 6. When I was indecisive with our rug, they worked with me a few times to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Delivery was timely, and the deliverers were prompt, proffesional, and curtious. We don't splurge on new furniture often, so I'm really happy that I love what we have. It's built to last, even down to the fabric choice, which is nice since we have 4 kids 5 and under, and a dog. Overall, great experience here.

BEWARE of the discriminatory practices of this store. My boyfriend and I went in to browse and find the style of furniture that we will be using to furnish our future home. When the sales rep heard we were not buying today, she asked if we were 18 and if she could see our ID's?!? First, we are 24. Second, since when did you have to show ID to browse furniture?? No better way to scare away potential buyers than to discriminate against age and sexual orientation. Never returning here.

The first delivery arrived as plan. The rest of the furniture is taking longer. One member of the team we worked seemed more knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We appreciate the discount

Nice selection of good furniture. T. Marie was very helpful with colors, furniture options, and mixing and matching pieces. Purchased family room furniture and a bed frame/headboard. The couches are firm and comfy.
