I brought a vintage piece I wanted to repurpose into some new items. I have never been in a position to consider purchasing and designing pieces of jewelry with diamonds before. Cammi was the rep I worked with at Hal Davis, and she did an outstanding job taking care of me. Each step of the process, all of my questions and requests were addressed, no one ever pressured me about making a decision, and the expense I paid for what turned out to be two absolutely dream worthy pieces, was extremely fair. I would recommend Hal Davis to anyone. They have educated staff who truly want to make sure you walk out the door satisfied on every level.

I worked with Cami before when she worked at Rolex in Utah and she is excellent. She is super nice and super cool with everything, helps you out step by step and explained everything super well. You never get surprises with her, and even know it is probably easier for me to buy the watches in Utah, I preferred to buy from her in Idaho. I would give her 10 out 10 she is excellent to work with and she will work her butt off to make sure you are taken care off...

As always a pleasure to visit Hal Davis. The selection is varied to suit all tastes. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding! Customer service is excellent... one always feels special when at Hal Davis. We have definitely become loyal customers for life!

I LOVE this place! I was on my way passing through Boise when the strap came off my watch! I wasn't able to fix it myself and needed to fix it ASAP. I walked into Hal Davis Jewelers and was welcomed with open arms. The inside of the store is top notch and inviting. They had my strap adjusted in no time at all and I was on my way. Amazing service and super friendly people. If I lived in Boise this would the place to go if you needed to get your watch fixed up!

I had a great experience shopping at Hal Davis Jewelers for an engagement ring. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and give me multiple options within my budget. They worked with me to customize the perfect ring and get me exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about Hal Davis Jewelers and will definitely be back in the future!
