This is an extremely disrespectful, racist and downright disgusting location. I’ve booked with Hampton Inn at many locations around the world for many years and most of my experiences have been pleasant however; today that all changed. I wasn’t a guest, just providing transportation for guest and I had to stop in and use the facilities. Upon exiting the bathroom, I was immediately berated by the front desk clerk Zack and told I was loitering. Loitering! Is a term that is being widely used in today’s society to discriminate against people of color etc.... I have provided transportation for guests here and surrounding hotels for quite sometime and if I run into the facilities while I’m waiting on a guest, that isn’t loitering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People of Color and those who live with morals, values, common sense and aren’t racist like the Assistant General Manager and her goons!!!! Don’t book here!!!!! Racism will not be tolerated it 2018. I attempted follow up with the assistant general manager, Lindsey, she became loud, talked when I was speaking and was dismissive. Follow up will be made!!!!

Great service from staff, Good breakfast and pool was warm! Only complaint was that there was a dirty towel and toilet when we arrived.

Our room was very comfortable and clean all around. There was an extra blanket in the closet which I made use of. Bathroom was spacious and clean - towels were like new. Complimentary breakfast was great - hot foods, bread and pastries, juices and milk, oatmeal and yogurt and fruit. A nice selection which was different every day. (We stayed 3 nights.) Unfortunately we didn't have enough time in our hotel to try out the pool there. The hallways were very cold, and there must have been an elephant in the room above us. But other than that, (which was very minor), we had a great stay there. We would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.

The location of the Hampton Inn Minneapolis is very convenient, there are plenty of restaurants and and shops near the hotel. The rooms have a great Tv and have a mini fridge and microwave. House keeping comes around every day and the front desk always has an employee present.

I stayed for my one year anniversary. I loved it so much, I bought the bedding as an anniversary present to us.
