It is in desperate need of an update. The owners are not nice people, they don't provide good customer service, though the other employees we dealt with were great. The sheets barely fit the beds, and the mattress cover didn't stay in place. The ice machine stopped working and they didn't  apologize or offer any other options. The first night they gave us 4 towels, then when they cleaned, they gave us two. We had two adults and one child, so my husband went to ask for more towels. He got the third degree from the owner. The owner said that we registered with only one adult. My husband assured him that we registered two adults and one child. The owner didn't believe him and wasted time harassing my husband. The breakfast was puny and not great. Stale pastry and muffins, mini bagels, white and wheat bread, cheerios and raisin bran. We skipped the free breakfast our second morning. The third morning we went down to find 3 bagels, a couple pieces of wheat toast, one bowl of each cereal and one pastry. I alerted the front desk that the breakfast bar was almost empty. They brought out some more pastry. No muffins or white bread, or anything else. They hadn't set up the toaster, and I almost burnt myself while trying to fix it (not a standard toaster). Then the owner (or maybe owners wife? It's a family) glared at me as she put it together. My son asked her to bring out more muffins. She glared at him and did not answer. Nor did she bring out anymore of anything. This is not worth the stay. The owners really need to get their act together and fix it up. The whole place smells of smoke. I won't stay here again.

Excellent pricing. Staff did a wonderful job with keeping the place clean. And very accessible to nearby attractions

This place is absolutely disgusting and completely infested with bedbugs. If you go into your room and see a cover on your mattress with a zipper, this is used to keep bedbugs in and make them starve. I have never been so disgusted in my life, they know they have infestations and will let you sleep on a mattress that they know has bed bugs. I went to the manager with pictures of both bugs and bites

It was an okay place to stay for a late booking, and with very little choices where the event was.  It was slightly dated, but some of the upgrades were nice touches.  It was surprising that the building was an unsecured building.
