Staff on hand is always courteous, rooms are always clean. Newer renovations of the floors make the hotel look more new and modern. Water park is fun for the whole family but especially for the little ones. Have stayed here numerous times and I will continue to stay here in the future.

My bestfriend gave her daughter a birthday party here. We waited almost 2 hours to get checked into our room so they gave us a refund. Thanks. We took the kids swimming all the “lifeguards” were standing around in groups talking. One girl even had on a sweater, if someone was drowning she wouldn’t have time to take it off to save them. She definitely took advantage of the whistle she had seems like that’s the only thing she new how to use. Basically they were all lazy. Don’t swim here you might die.

My husband and i went here to take our permit to carry class. The hotel is very nice and clean kept. Friendly staff and cosy environment. Would consider staying there if we ever need a hotel.

I really wanted to like this place, but it was a huge disappointment and worst place to sleep! Other guests kept me awake screaming and shouting at 3 am. They were slamming doors and I am assuming they were drunk. The hot tub and balcony were the mainly redeeming part of the hotel stay...although people were out yelling on the balcony all night and the hot tub/pool closes at 10pm. The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I only slept for maybe 2 hours! Just very sad we paid this much for what we got. Could we at least get a free breakfast? Gees.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 6, 5, 3 and 20 months). Our room was a 2 queen suite. The oldest two slept in one of the queen beds, the 3 year old slept in the pull out chair and our youngest in a pack and play, it was a great setup. Everything in our room and the waterpark was clean and well maintained. The waterpark was small enough where you wouldn't lose a child easily, but had enough variety to keep young children through teens entertained. We'll definitely be back!
