Not happy with the service. I had my reservation for 2 months, 4 adults 2 queen beds. We we arrived at 8:30 in the evening we were told the only room left had a king bed. After discussion with the manager we found a select baseball team was given our room and we were stuck with in a room with 4 adults a king bed and 1 roll away. The manager did compensate with the room charge, however that did not make 3 adults in a king bed or 1 adult not fitting on an uncomfortable roll away any more comfortable. Very disappointed.

This hotel....oh my stars!!! Our whole family LOVED it and enjoyed our stay. It was nice interior and decorations - very modern. It was also pristine clean. Each room recieved a complimentary drink and snack of our choice. There was a full coffee bar available 24/7 in the lobby. (...and it was GOOD coffee - all the coffee snobs in the family, including me, thought so) The continental breakfast had a good variety. The Texas shaped waffles were a fabulous and enjoyable touch. :) The staff was very friendly and hard working. They answered all our questions and never had an attitude or seemed put out (I say this because I have experience with hotels where the employees at the front desk seem bored or annoyed or variations of discintentment with their job and it comes out in their interactions with guests). So we loved it and will definitely be looking at this chain as whole in future travels. 💗💗💗

Very disappointed. Made reservations months ago for 3 rooms. 1 was supposed to be a handicap room. I said that at check-in. Front desk gave us the rooms and when asked which was the handicap room she pretend didn't even mention it 3 minutes ago. Then tells us the reservation was for 3 regular rooms. We informed her that the person taking the reservation told us we had that room. So she wants to know a name from months ago which of course we didn't have. She then tells us they put the request in the notes but now they didn't have a room. She didn't even try to pretend she cared in the least. I stay in Hilton brand exclusively but after the total lack of caring that my disabled father couldn't even get a shower because of there mistake. I'm wanting to say the front clerk was Jasmine but I was to mad to look at her. I know customer service and she didn't show any part of it.

Stacie is the best. I had a terrible experience with Priceline. Even though I lost 111.00 dollars due to my own oversight, she worked diligently to try to help me overcome this mistake to no avail. However, because of her efforts and professional attitude, I chose to stay here and booked through Hilton Honors. ( had to update from 2007). Had she not handled the situation the way she did, I would have stayed elsewhere. Excellent customer service. It started with Stacie and continued throughout the rest of the staff at this hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Very clean. Great breakfast. And the coffee in the lobby is excellent.

I am here for a week while training. This hotel has been amazing so far. First, check in was a breeze. I was a late arrival due to a late flight. I called in advance to let them know and they were glad to note it on my reservation. Then, when I arrived the front desk manager said she had noticed I planned on staying with them for several days. She proceeded to tell me she had upgraded my room and placed me in an area that had a nice view and easy access in and out while I was in the area. I was very impressed. The room itself is great too. It is spacious and the housekeeping staff has done an excellent job. I will be definitely staying here on any return trip to Houston.
