Breakfast was amazing, rooms were ok for a 3 star hotel. shower and bathroom could be improved. Lady at front desk was kind of not helpful but when we talked to the manager she got better and helped us. The manager was nice and helped us a lot. I would recommend this place if you're stopping for a little while in the area.

This place needs to be shut down.  Horribly outdated and smells like mold, dirty carpet and bedding.  They do not reinvest in their business at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME STAYING HERE.

The General Manager Jitu Patel is extremely nice and goes out of his way to assist his guests as best he can.

The motel is in definite need of fixing up. Our room smelled moldy, but that seemed to clear when we ran the AC. However, the customer service is deplorable! We personally observed the night staff turn away people wanting to get a room after their house had just flooded during Hurricane Harvey (Saturday night when this whole area was flooding), and the clerk would NOT rent them a room, even though there were several available, because it was after 11 pm! Seriously! The streets were flooded, they barely made it in, and this guy turned them away! Plus our 1st floor room was leaking from multiple places, and he wouldn't even check the room above ours "because it was raining." Seriously?! He finally offered us to change rooms. Tried three other rooms--both upstairs and down stairs--all were leaking in multiple places! He never left the lobby! Sent my husband running around in the rain to check the rooms! Plus, our carpet was flooded (even though the walkway outside was not). Never stay here!
