The staff is friendly and efficient. The management is wonderful. As a paying guest and then Fema evacuees there was no difference in treatment. The breakfast is hot and abundant! The hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Highly recommend!

We decided to stay last minute another night closer to Galveston after a long day at the beach. We found this place after searching for something but not really run down. This place was perfect. Affordable, but not lacking in quality at all (no pun intended). The room was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, toiletries and I guess they must read reviews since there was a microwave and refrigerator in our room which was perfect! This is a small thing but they also provide luggage carriers to roll your luggage down the elevator which is very convenient with two toddlers running around. We didn't get up in time for breakfast so I can't speak on that, but coffee and water is provided in the main entrance. Overall, like the last comments said, I feel like this place is a hidden gem. Next time we are in the area we will stay here since it is so affordable.

If I could give this place zero stars I would and here's why. The service here is terrible. Lady at the front is beyond rude. The other employees just stood and listened including who I assume was the manager. As the rude lady talked down to me about my child who is 10 months old. Never have I been treated or talked to like this by the employees when I'm paying to stay somewhere. It's ridiculous. Lose her or lose guests. Simple. Couldn't even get us checked in properly she answered every call making us wait the entire time after a long trip. After we had already nearly been checked in. She could care less. Pool was also dirty with broken equipment just sitting by the pool with something thrown over it. Wow.

This has been the worst place ever to stay at the manager and staff were very rude and not helpful at all. It was My husband and I and 4 children I asked for two extra blankets  and two extra pillows for the kids and was told that they only had one blanket and no pillows to give me they made us upgrade our room bc they said we had to many people for a king bed but when we booked online that was the only thing they had available. The ac didn't work right and they refused to move us to a different room. Our receipt from the online booking showed that we were to check out at 12 they made us check at 11:30 said it was supposed to be at 11 and then to top it all off there was an extra charge on my bank acct for $86.69 when I mentioned it they said they didn't run my card for that but how else would it be on there... never stay here not worth it at all

One of the worst experiences I've had at a "quality" hotel. Went to check in and the lady starts checking another customer in over the phone. And then calls us up telling us to keep are 10 month old baby quiet because he's been "crying for hours". He's a baby! He is going to cry!. And on top of that the employees are rude.
