This place was HORRIBLE!!! We were on the 3rd floor and as soon as we got off the elevator, we were greeted with a very STRONG MARIJUANA odor. We had our 2 young sons (1 & 2) with us and 16 year old daughter. The bathrooms were disgusting, air conditioner didn't work right, beds were extremely uncomfortable and we asked for a coffee pot but was told we could buy one for $30. They do not offer cribs either. For an extended stay location, they had zero amenities unless we wanted to buy over priced coffee pots and coffee. We have stayed in many, many extended stays with plates , silverware,  coffee pots, coffee, sugar, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, extra towels and pillows upon request. This place had nothing to offer unless you wanted to get high and get treated like dirt. Customer service was just as bad. I DO NOT recommend staying here. We will never stay at a Wood Springs Suites or any of their affiliates.

The website of this establishment is deceiving to any customers needing to reserve a room. I unfortunately reserved 2 rooms both with queen sized beds.Upon entering the  room, it is a small sized room with a full sized bed  instead of a queen sized bed. There wasn't any soap to wash hands, shampoo to wash hair, or soap for the shower. There wasn't an iron or ironing board located in any of the hotel rooms as well.

Management was rude. Asked management for extra towels and was informed with these exact words, "We don't do that here." I will never stay at any WoodSpring Suites again. I will also inform friends and family to never use your establishment as well.

Clean and safe. 4 starts because it is a little pricey @ 400+ a week.

I came here with my husband and kids for a week as my apartment wasn't ready and staff was really nice. Duane was extremely helpful in everything we needed. There was a laundry facility and several vending machines for late night chocolate cravings. Our room was really clean as well as the hallways I would definitely recommend this place.

I booked two double bed and one single bed for my children and I to have a fun time in Galveston Texas on the weekend on the July 8, 2017.  However, it turned out to be a nightmare.  The entrance to hotel had a disgusting smell of wet carpet, towels in the room were used and beds not made.  There was no attendance on duty.  I will not recommend this hotel  to any one. it was really nasty and poor hygiene.
