Very nice room and accomodations. I have had better breakfasts in other HIE's in other parts of the state, but it wasn't inedible. Super-super nice guy who checked us in and coincidentally also took the reservations the night before. I believe his name was Dave; my fault for not making a note of it. Overall a good stay.

The staff has been wonderful! They are friendly and helpful. Im sure they are so busy in the aftermath of Harvey. Room is clean and comfortable.

Stayed for a weekend to visit Galveston. We rented two rooms. They were neither noisy nor quiet . One room had a wide smear and smudges of some type of liquid on the headboard ( it was visible at certain angles). We asked on two separate days for a roll away bed.. None were available. Instead we got a blow up mattress that stayed inflated an hour maximum. I told management that it deflated and instead of getting one that stayed inflated, they sent someone up with an air pump. Again, it stayed in an hour maximum. Upon checkout, they charged $10 for the air mattress that never stayed inflated. We discussed this with management and they did take it off our bill. Breakfast buffet stayed stocked and fairly clean

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were great and clean. The breakfast was great and the staff was the BEST. Tabsha and Don made my family's stay extra special!! I will stay here again when we visit the city again next year!!

Nice Hotel, staying here after the Hurricane displaced us from our home. Been about 3 weeks now, the staff has been friendly the pool is nice for the kids.
