It is a convenient location near our meetings & easy to travel to. The room is nice, with a comfortable bed, nice sized desk, & spacious bathroom. It is quiet at night & the drapes lock any light from the parking lot. Everyone has been helpful so far & pleasant to deal with. The breakfast buffet is good - a nice variety of foods.

I really liked staying at this hotel. Very clean nice room nice beds.. They have alot of options to choose from for breakfast. The lady that served the breakfast was so friendly and also had a smile on her face! She even waved as i was checking out. I highly recommend staying here

Used this hotel for most of my wedding guests. First rate facility through and through. Everyone on staff went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend.

I checked into the Hampton Inn on a Thursday for the 2017 State Hockey Tournament. Our rooms had already been booked and covered, but upon checking in the man at the front desk asked for a card number to hold for incidentals(which is common and even expected), since I work at a bank I knew that(especially the Hampton Inn) hotels were known for overcharging cards upon checking/checkouts and decided to ask "what is the amount that will be held?" before handing him my card. He replied "just 20 dollars," and I believed him. After leaving our things in our room we decided to head out for a bite to eat, and when it was time to pay the check our waitress returned to our table and informed us our card had been declined. I pulled up my online banking and my available balance was -400.00. The hotel had charged me for our block of rooms that had been charged/booked to a different card. We used the cash we had to cover our food and returned to the hotel to try and take care of the problem. Upon returning to the hotel we informed the woman working the front desk that we needed help with taking the charge off of our card. They did not know what to do and explained that when we checked in we were informed of the amount charged. The man who initially helped us came out from the back and I told the woman that he told me just 20 dollars would be charged and he began to deny and claim he didn't remember saying that. I decided to contact my card service and ask what I needed to do to have the funds released. They explained they would require a fax on Hampton Inn letterhead confirming the card will not be charged. I brought the information to the front desk and asked them to fax the information for me. The woman at the front desk told me she could not do that without hearing it from the bank specifically so I had to call again with her to prove we needed to send the fax. The woman agreed, went to the back to discuss something with another coworker and then returned to tell us they would not be able to help me, but their manager could on Monday. MONDAY, the date was a THURSDAY. They were not sympathetic or seemed to care that the money I had to buy tickets to the hockey games, food, even has to get home was unavailable to me until the next week. I spent a lot of the first night just wishing I had never given them my card. I have never been so happy to leave a hotel in my life. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, I didn't have any complaints about the atmosphere or cleanliness but I was so disappointed by the service and lack of sincerity/trustworthiness of the staff. I would triple check before handing your card over. And(unlike me) always prepare and bring an extra form of payment anywhere you go.

We're honors members. Relatively recently hired clerk checking us in ( I missed his name) at 6pm on October 19th at Rogers Mn facility did fantastic job with difficult customer on phone while three of us awaited check in. He was exceptionally cordial to all of us, apologetically and diffused most of phone callers frustration. I would vouch for his professional demeanor, and would employ him with no reservations myself. Thanks for hiring him. Dennis and Lois Iversen
