This place is so disorganized and when talking to Erin the th about my issue with my reservation all she could say was in sorry and give me this blank clueless stare. I know I booked a room with 2 beds and I got a room with only 1 bed. My kids husband and I all had to sleep in one bed and my kids  range from 5 to 15. I will say the ladies Chrissy and Trisha did a great job checking us in and getting the manager when I asked. Trisha also gave us all the info we asked for about locale restaurants. When checking out Amber( I think) was great. She helped with directions and apologized about everything and offered me points and all. If it was not for their front desk staff i would have gave 0 stars. The place was very modern and clean just not professional.

I really liked this hotel. There was no bath tub in our room and the shower was in a strange for a hotel. But the bed was nice. Very nicely decorated. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool but overall very nice. Would visit again and recommend.

One star for intractable inflexibilty.  I needed to check out unexpectedly at 2 p.m., the desk attendant asked the manager, the answer was no.  Twice.  The next morning the front desk attendant said she was the general manager and was not informed the day before.  She did apologize, however this pushed my work week into the weekend.  I am spire, although I don't think I'm special at all because of it, maybe just a little flexibility instead of rigid policy would be great.  This is the first time in years that a manager has refused.  Business schedules are dynamic targets, perhaps this manager needs to know this.  
   Day manager: you got your one night, but at the cost of many nights.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, lots of options. Pool is nice, hot tub wasn't very warm though. Would go again.

First of all I want to say "Thank you" for the amazing and honest receptionist I ever met Heidi (not sure about spelling ). She is not just found money that we left behind but she was patient enough to deal with that! I hope to meet you next time we stay there. 
Hotel is clean and breakfast is good enough. 
The only thing that needs to be worked on is a pool. Way too much chlorine hard to breath. And water in hot tub is not welcoming :)
