After two years of searching for a company that could bring our '80's kitchen into the 21st century, and being repeatedly disappointed, we found our answer where? At a flooring store. Who knew! The businesses we had spoken with during our search all left us wanting. Over-the-top estimates; a sense of a lack of competency/commitment, whatever, they just didn't seem a fit for us. Then we found Hanover. Fast forward. We have gone from a kitchen where only those with big hair, or maybe even a leisure suit, would feel at home, to a warm, well lit space with beautiful cabinets, countertop, and fixtures at a very competitive price. There was a glitch or two, of course, as with any project of this nature. But Hanover responded promptly and professionally. We are very pleased. Thanks Hanover.

They underbid Empire by 45% and SimpleFloors by 25%. Great experience with the sales staff, no hard sell. We chose a new water resistant laminate product that comes with a cork bottom layer, PVC in the middle and vinyl on top. It can be wet mopped, unlike other laminate products does not swell, buckle and fail when wet. I'll update after the install is done.

Doug Morgan was our salesman and he was terrific. He knows the products, he was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable in the entire buying process. We LOVE our floors and we're already paying off the first order and excited about the second. Thanks Doug!!!
