My wife and i made a late run to HD for the Blk Fri sale to pick up a great gazebo sale, tools and gardening supplies. The gazebo was difficult to track down and without the help of a young girl named Lisa? Or Lisette...i think (my bad) and manager or sup Pedro...i would have never found it. The young girl was pleasant and made sure to make sure i found what i was looking for. Pedro actively searched all over the store for me until he found the sale gazebos on the top of the outdoor storage aisle. With the help of some excellent forklift driving my gazebo was soon on its way to a register. This entire interaction stood out to me because these people happily and efficiently helped is get what he wanted. Too often, in today's customer service experiences, we are met with associates that couldn't care less about you and your needs....not the case tonight! Thank you my Home Depot friends😁

What terrible service.  Short handed I understand, but when I go to there customer service asked for help the guy would not bother to help.  Never shopping here again.  Whats sad is that I have given this place a lot of business in the past.  No more!

Great customer service. Carlos from Plumbing super helpful for the install of a garbage disposal. Highly recommend.

Thr staff wasnt very helpful when asked about products being in stock, and then when I had issues checking out, waved me off and didnt try to help. Items I needed were out of stock
