The store inventory had a lot of variety and plenty of stock that was reasonably priced. Keith was our sales person at the Tacoma store, and he was very helpful and willing to work with us on price for a full new furniture set and tables for our living room. The delivery crew was also efficient and professional. Great experience, and we highly recommend!

The wife, kids and I are very pleased with the couch we bought from Harkness. Even though it was a floor model, it was in excellent condition and a great deal. It got delivered only a little bit late because of crazy snow, and the delivery guys were very communicative the entire time. Would go here again!

My Wife and I were meet at the door by the sales rep. He was very friendly and answered all of our concerns. He showed us several pieces of furniture we were looking for. We received our sofa within a week and the delivery personnel were from the same company. They were very helpful in setting up the sofa and explained how every thing works. We can hardly wait for the love seat. Harkness staff were very professional with us. I would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture.

Got a great deal on a sectional during their anniversary sale, and had an awesome salesmen! They originally were holding it for a week until delivery but my closing date was delayed and they held it a week longer no questions asked and no charge. The two delivery guys were great, friendly and fast. Awesome couch and customer service.

Life long customer. Purchased a couch and loveseat a few months back and unfortunately my dog took a liking to a cushion. Harkness sent out a replacement, no charge. Absolutely thrilled. Thank you.
