Building a house and have been shopping for furniture to get an idea of what we want. We went in and found some pieces that we saw at other Big Brand stores and noticed the cost was remarkably less. They worked with us to be able to place an order but wait to pick up since our house wasn't going to be ready right away but didn't want to lose the pieces we liked. Very happy with the service we have gotten the few times we went in. Will be going back for other pieces when needed.

They have great prices and great sales people who are courteous and not pushy. The reason I am giving three starts is due to their delivery and installation; the contractor they used was very unprofessional; they didn't have booties and left the bedroom and drive way full of pieces of Styrofoam and wrapping paper. In any profession, when you hire a sub-contractor, you are still responsible for the quality of their work.

Bought a bed frame almost 2 years ago, just went back and found a great chaise lounge chair that takes all the pressure off when you sit. Always really nice too

The in store experience was fine, little to no pressure. Delivery went well and was quick. The delivered product isn't holding up very well at all. Purchased 2 couches and 3 love seats, delivery and warrantee. We were given a set of papers for the warrantee, but reading those, it says that there will be additional papers mailed to us and has no contact information listed on it that is helpful... we haven't seen those papers yet, it's been a month. It took less than two weeks for stitching to start coming out of the recliner. I'd like to get it fixed... but again... no warrantee papers yet... It took less than two weeks for a couch leg to break in half. I was surprised as this piece is in the formal living room where we don't typically sit. My 100lb, 11 year old son sat on the couch and snap. I have a hard time thinking that the products are "good" when 2 out of 5 pieces have defects within two weeks of being delivered. I'm hoping to update the rating once the issues are resolved. At least the company has taken part of the couch to fix the stitching, and ordered a new leg. We'll see how the end result is. It took 3 weeks to get the stitch put back together and it'll be about 6 more weeks until the leg is in stock. In the mean time, two more stitches came out of the couches... Wish I'd bought something of quality.

Great prices and great customer service. The manager is AWESOME!!! We came in during the black friday sale so of course the store was packed, however, the store manager juggled between customers perfectly without ever making us feel unimportant or forcing us to wait for too long. He worked with us and was just great through the whole ordeal.
