They have good prices on furniture, but their 3 year no interest same as cash deal appears to be a scam. I have excellent credit and have no loans out except my home which is almost paid off. When I applied for this deal, I was denied and offered their credit program with a 31% interest! Seriously, do they think we are stupid. It appears they get you inside the doors with good prices and then try to stick you with their outrageous interest rates. I went to another furniture store where their prices were a little higher but was told I had no problem qualifying for their 0 interest program. Unless you have cash, stay away from this place!!!!

Customer experience could be way better, we had ordered a bed and paid a deposit, said it will be in 2 weeks, it had been a month, when it came in my other half came down to pay for it and pick it up, they said we cant and would have to pay over the phone. Paying over the phone it self was a pain, i got hung up 3 times and they kept transferring the line.

My other half was standing there watching them hang out not doing anything, I was so frustrated and finally got to someone, no receipt emailed to me like the first time they also gave us the wrong part for the bed and keep in mind we paid $70 for a U-Haul as their delivery prices are ridiculous since they go through a third party moving company and would cost  per piece of box, and our bed came in 3 pieces.They ended up delivering the correct part the next day which is the only reason why I even gave them two stars at least, other than that their products are awesome, I just wish the experience was better.

The best and most interesting furniture store in the Puget Sound area.  We haven't found lower prices anywhere, and the staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy in the least.  With the huge selection and fun atmosphere, this is a furniture store not to be missed.

I have bought a few pieces of furniture from here, I love just walking around and seeing all the wonderful things they have. The staff is helpful but not overly eager to sell. Great quality in furniture, it's my go to place to buy beautiful and durable pieces for my home.
