This is the most friendly and awesome Harley dealership around. We had an electrical issue on our 1996 Heritage while riding in the area and was able to make it to the shop (which we have not visited for 10 years)midday on a Saturday expecting to have to leave it and figure out a way home an hour away. From the beginning everything was top notch! Shelia behind the service desk got us in the shop immediately. The mech, Lee quickly troubleshot the problem to a Voltage Regulator, which Al in parts miraculously had in stock for a 21 year old bike! Further trouble shooting revealed a grounded stator. Another miracle: they had it in stock! They offered us a ride to a local restaurant for food. They made us feel like part of the dealership family there. So two hours from the time we arrived, a good conversation with sales rep Scott on some of the newer bike features, and a couple of t-shirts later from the nice lady at the motor clothes counter whose name I apologize for missing, we were back on our way! They truly turned what could have been a beautiful riding day disaster into a wonderful ending! The finest example of customer service in every aspect!

They do what they say

This place is great. Any time I go in the people are extremely friendly and willing to help even if you're not buying anything. I've not bought a bike there and not sure I plan to, but when I bring in my bike for service, they are great. Always work with me and my time, they have service guys that do a wonderful job and have provided me with some extra service at no charge and at a decent price. On top of all that, they do fantastic community work as they sponsor some worthy rides that provide money to great causes. Go and check it out.
