Great place, amazing services especially from Michael A.  Wiedecker. If you go there to buy a car I highly recommend seeing him, he made sure we had the best deal! Amazing experience, he makes sure everything is transparent, and unless we are satisfied with the deal he won’t push you for the deal. He makes sure you are comfortable and is pleased with the deal, before you sign the contract. Again, I really recommend this place if you want to buy, or trade in for your next vehicle.

Bought my first car today! I can honestly say Kia in new Bern has some of the nicest folks. Mike Alan helped me find and settle on a car I love, thank you so much for everything and especially for my new car!

Great service. Friendly people. Always tell you and explains to you if they find issues with your car and show you too so they not trying to scam you. Always my place to go for vehicle work.

I have purchased two cars from here -- was relatively happy with the price and quite happy with the quality of Kia cars.

However, I will most likely look elsewhere next time.  

Under new management -- to me -- the service department has gone down hill -- especially the customer interface.  While the quality of repairs has remained stable (the technicians do a good job), it seems that it takes significantly longer to get things done and the price seems to have increased.

On one recent routine service trip, my car was complete and returned from the shop to customer pickup area.  But it took another 20 minutes to process my "paperwork."

I also wonder if I'm being charged for things I don't really have to have:  e.g., I was charge $30 for "battery service:"  and it's a maintenance free battery! 

So . . . I'm going to another Kia dealer in a nearby town not only for oil changes, but for the next vehicle as well. 

Update:  stupidly thought they might have changed.  Negotiated to purchase a new vehicle by email and text.  Price was agreed to...just needed to test drive the car.

After the test drive, we were informed they could not honor the price!  They wanted $2000 more.

Went to Lee Kia in Greenville the next day and bought a car for less than what I would have paid at Kia of New Bern.

Avoid these people like the plague, unless you enjoy being told one thing only to have it radically changed.  It's a waste of time.

I bought my very first car from this Mazda dealership yesterday. It was quite a thorough process for me and I took three days to seal the deal just to be extra sure. I interacted with several people on their team in that time and believe I was treated exceptionally well. Michael Wiedeker was the salesman I ended up working with in the end and there was no uncomfortable part of the process. I believe he genuinely related to and cared for my ideal outcome and did his best to make it an overall pleasant experience. I am more than satisfied with the experience.
