Let me first start by saying I was a victim of a hit and run and my car was totaled. I loved my original car and was completely devastated that my car was totaled. once i found out, we went to TRENT to find a new Buick. Initially, I would've rated this experience as a 4 star. Our salesman, Joshua, was pretty decent and our experience seemed to go pretty well when we bought the car. That was until we met the man with the finance department. However, our experience has since gone down hill after they received our business. As part of a purchase contract, there were various items that needed to be fixed on our vehicle. However, when the vehicle was returned (by a less than perfect driver according to my on-star), the drivers side window in my car was actually worse than it was when we bought the car and I was PISSED.... When I asked my salesman about it, I was told by my salesman to go to "any GM Dealer or bring it BACK to the dealership to have it fixed". BUT it was part of our contract to have it fixed initially when bought which is a breech of contract. IN ADDITION, my plates are now no longer valid because the FINANCE department failed to do as we asked and we now have to register the NEW car with NEW plates. Initially, when we bought the car we asked to keep the same plates and the finance department failed to follow through and now I have to unexpectedly pay HUNDREDS more out of pocket than originally expected. I was told to turn in my plates then send TRENT the receipt for registering the vehicle for them to reimburse. I originally bought my first BUICK from Phelps in Greenville and I'm pretty disappointed with myself for going to TRENT for their business when they've been nothing but a disappointment. I will not be returning to TRENT for ANY future business transactions or auto-care.

Can Not say thank you enough to Trent Cadillac GMC..Albert Riggs in Service and Brian Gilmette..Ace Mechanic!! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Trent...always helpful and professional. Will not go anywhere else.!! They are simply the best!!😀

my husband and i had come here to look for a new vehicle, the staff was extremely nice and helpful our salesmen was Andy (i highly recommend him) he was very understanding to what our needs were for a new vehicle and he was very helpful we had actually gone in to look for a jeep and Andy had shown us this beautiful GMC Terrian and i instantly fell in love with it and ended up leaving with it that night. we had a hard time getting our bank to approve us for the full amount and john (i think that’s what his name was) had worked really hard to make sure we got our new vehicle. i loved this place and we will defiantly be back for when my husband gets his truck!

Amazing service! Even though we didn't get the car yet, we had a great experience with Mr. Johnston! I highly recommend Trent GMC and Mr. Johnston as your go to vehicle market place! Thank you Mr. Johnston for renewing my faith in the American Car Dealer!

Called service day before and set up an "early bird" drop off with Gina for first thing Fri AM and pick up AM. Drop my vehicle off the night before, fill out paperwork and annotate what services my vehicle needs. It also asks you when you would like your vehicle back and I put AM. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection, they were also going to call GM to ask about the chrome trim peeling on my $75k Escalade. I get a phone call at 7:30 am from Jimmy and he was double checking what work needed to be performed and said they would get right on it. Needless to say I called at 12 noon as I had not heard from anyone and had a business meeting out of town that I was going to have to cancel since I had no transportation. When I spoke to someone in service they had told me that there were customers waiting in the waiting room as if to say they were ahead of me. I asked why do they have early drop off, and why did they say they are going to work on my truck first thing when in fact it was pushed to the side. It took 6 hours for them to do an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection, and when I went to pick up my truck they had no info on my defective trim. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. To top it off the service manager said he would find out what went wrong and call me back, that was at 12 noon, he never called me back. Its a slap in the face and no one was even apologetic, I think that was the part that surprised me the most. The response I received was "we work on 100's of cars a day" What does that have to do with me? I am the customer, I didn't open the Cadillac dealership. I am in the hospitality business and if I don't exceed my customers expectations I make it right. I think they need professional customer service training and they need to look at their process on how they intake vehicles and prioritize which customer was first. If you are going to pick up and pay for your vehicle at the service desk make sure you set aside another 30 mins as that wait is brutal as well. Lots of idle chit chat and no burning desire to even ask you if you have been helped. This to me is a sign of poor management. Finally, my vehicle is black and I had oily smudges and hand prints on my fenders, drivers door and back door. Maybe they should wear gloves? Idk but you don't return a customers car with grease on the paint. Its suppose to be a CADILLAC dealership! Get it together people! I have been going here for 5 years to service 3 of my Caddys and I am debating going to Jacksonville at this point or Jiffy Lube.
