Family Tire is an excellent example of hometown customer service. I am always treated with respect and courtesy. Repairs are reasonably priced and explained to me in a manner that does not insult my intelligence nor wound my pocketbook. The rocking chairs in the waiting area are probably the most comfortable seats in town. Fair, honest, reasonably priced, they are my go-to spot for all my Automotive Service needs.

My husband & I appreciate the customer service and services this shop provides. We feel like we can trust them, and they do it honestly. I have been there twice, and they are always accommodating (shuttle ride, best waiting area, etc.) and make you feel valued. The owners seem very involved with the day-to-day operations, and their store's professionalism and cleanliness shows it. I also like how if you ask for an estimate, they will gladly provide it to you! My estimate was 100% accurate for a brake rotor and pad replacement. Shout out to Mr. Ray for keeping us informed and taking care of us! We will definitely continue going to this shop! (P.S. Thanks for the shuttle ride, Mr. Denny!)

They have this place setup like you are at home, free drinks, popcorn, fresh fruits kcup coffee maker bottle water and couches and rocking chairs to relax on. It is always pleasant to come here. I truly appreciate there honesty, they found that the break sensor wire was broke on my car, instead of paying $500.00 (BMW)for a front break job, I paid $225.00 for oil change and the sensor replacement.

Family Tire is a business that New Bern is proud of. They are professional and down home friendly. I have bee a customer since they have opened and trust in their assessments of the service required. I will always be a loyal customer.

At Family Tire as I am typing this post and as usual the staff are appreciative and thankful of their customers!!!! A++++ Always a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with service that aims to please. Thank you all from front desk to the mechanics and Mamangemet.
