If I could give 0 stars I would. Had scheduled an appointment a month in advanced only to get a phone call the week before to have it rescheduled. Fine, we changed it to the next day and got my work shift covered as well. The night before the rescheduled day I get another phone call to have the appointment canceled. Never in my life have I heard some b.s. the receptionist made. They should have seen this sooner, not day before. So unprofessional. Looking forward to something you need help with only to make it worse. Have not stepped in that building and don't think I ever will.

Don’t bother. It’s a waste of your energy and money trying to fix your mental health at this place... if anything you’ll cause more damage to your mental health. Just don’t even waste your time. 
They just want your money & will charge you for LITERALLY everything they could ever possibly think of... I feel bad that my health insurance ever had to pay out to these people.

GOOD PEOPLE HOWEVER THEY TEND TO SAY YOU NEVER CANCEL APPOINTMENTS EVEN WHEN YOU DO. THEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU A FEE OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Honestly I've never been a fanatic of any type of psych therapy but when I went to the evaluation because of my issues I've been dealing with I've had the Outlook that they were drilling in it to me to making me think that I was seriously mentally ill ..so far not a solution to my life.

Sometimes you wonder as to why people do not seak treatment for their mental disorders. Offices like these are the reason why! The staff is so unfriendly and they do not understand how to deal with people who have mental health problems. Do not let you seek help from a preferred gender, cannot answer the phone during business hours or check voicemail, and cannot check a person in for their appointment. I had received a prescription for prozac and was told they would not do a refill until I paid for a missed appointment in which I had called the day before during business hours and left three voicemails to cancel. The psychiatrists and therapists are amazing do not get me wrong but its a shame that everyone in the front lack intelligence.
