I had a great experience at Helzberg Diamonds at Centerra! Skyler and Holly were amazing to work with and made sure my ring was just right. My ring is beautiful and I am very impressed with the attention to detail and commitment to customer service. I rarely write reviews but this store was so amazing that I felt it was appropriate to give them credit. Highly recommended!!!

I've been a customer for over eight years and had nothing but great experiences. That is until recently. I have been insulted while bring ing in a black case with jewelry to be cleaned. The man commanded me to stop and asked if I had a gun. Then I had a layaway cancelled and they held the refunded money for nearly 2 months dye to "miscommunications" I am saddened as I used to love going to Helzberg. I would not recommend until their customer service is better. Long waits, incompetent staff, unfriendly phone service, and zero desire to be of assistance

Staff is friendly and not pushy. They are willing to take the time to answer questions and offer opinions.

This place has some of THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It's like they don't perk up until they know you're going to spend money and even at that point, it's hit or miss!! As soon as you walk in it's like they are sizing you up. These people need a wake up call!!

I've been in quite a few times, they were amazing, the store in Arizona messed up when they sold me my ring but Skylar fixed eveything. She is a great lady to with work, always has the customer in mind! We've bought two more rings since then! I'd recommend this store to all my friends and family!
