I was pleasantly surprised with Shane Co. I needed to get a chain fixed and to purchase a plain silver and gold chain to match some pendants I have. The place was packed on Saturday but a customer service representative found me right away and was able to help me pick out chains. She didn't push the most expensive one on me, and got me in and out quickly. Didn't seem overpriced but definitely not cheap either. Good quality. I would go back here for sure.

I got the royal treatment as they helped me pick out my engagement ring! They explained everything to me including the lifetime warranty and their people don't get paid on commission, so they are easy to work with and seem happy to be there. You work with 2 different people through the process so you get two separate opinions. Out of all the places I visited, it was the best experience. They had the largest selection, so there is a ring for anyone and you pick the stone separately so it all gets customized to you. My mom has been a customer since her engagement and I can see why. I actually had fun rather than feel stressed and that was the consensus I got from the other customers also.

I've been a Shane Co. customer for a long time. I've come to expect a high level of customer service from them, and that's what I've always received. However, this last visit, the employee that helped us went above and beyond anything I usually expect. Felicia was extremely pleasant, understanding, and helpful with the small issue we had with my wife's ring. Not only did she resolve the issue quickly, my wife left the store absolutely BEAMING with happiness. This is why I choose Shane Co. Felica, thank you so much for the professional, courteous,  and exceptional service. It's the people that keep us coming back to this store, and Felicia knocked it out of the park with us. Thanks so much!

My husband and I have always had great experiences at Shane Co. We never felt pressured to buy anything and I can say that I actually enjoy visiting, even when I don’t have to. They clean jewelry for free so I always find extra opportunities to pop in and get my rings cleaned. I recent got my wedding band and engagement ring tacked together. They resized my wedding band and tacked them together in 4 days. Super quick because they didn’t have to mail them anywhere. The commercials you hear about Shane Co are very accurate. The associates really do their best job to get you what you need and can afford in a respectful manner. This is unlike other jewelry stores that I have unfortunately dealt with. I will now only go to Shane Co.

Me and my wife have bought all of our rings here. Recently my wife had to have hers cut off due to swelling in her hand. Shane Co did a great job getting it off and later repairing it back to perfection after there swelling went down. All without being charged. Thanks Shane Co! Looking forward to doing business in the future.
