Jessica helped me pick out some Pandora charms as Christmas gifts for my family and friends. She was very knowledgeable about Pandora charms, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings and helped me make what I'm sure will be popular choices. Their Pandora section was well laid out but did get a bit crowded with customers and associates. I would recommend Jared's to others. They also had a great promotion that included a Christmas ornament.

I was so happy with the service. The associates were helpful, engaging and made me feel as if they knew me forever. I have gone in twice and have been happy both times but the last time made me a customer for life. Thank you.

We have spent THOUSANDS at Jared. My wedding ring has had its main diamond loose multiple times, and has fallen out 2 times and looks like it will be third as its loose again after just one week of having it back. There has been no real solution to this problem accept we will try again. Also it seems no one answers the phone in the store, and when I walk in everyone is usually just standing around. I generally do not write reviews but here we are.

I absolutely love my ring from Jared! So pretty and great quality. The only downfall of my experience here is there is a major disconnect somewhere in communication. I’ve been there at least 4 times to get an addition to my ring that my fiancé paid for in the beginning. Each time we’ve gone to drop my ring off, there is major confusion as to what we are getting done and the tracking of the stone we are getting put in. Every time we’ve gone in, by the time we leave they tell us everything is figured out and the stone has been ordered. Every time we come back, there’s still nothing that has been ordered. Overall it’s been a little frustrating. However, the staff is very nice which helps. Just a lack of communication in the store I think.

Of the big box stores Jared’s has the higher quality Jewlery and watches that you find in the higher end boutiques.  I have purchased three watches for myself and Jewlery for my wife through them.   But what has amazed me is how they responded when there was an issue.   One of my watches was sent to the Repair dealer in Florida somehow UPS and/or The repair dealer lost the watch in the process. This was not a cheap watch.    Jared’s immediately jumped on the issue asked me what I wanted and offered me immidiate store credit, or cash back and they themselves dealt with the UPS insurance thus alleviating me from having to deal with a lengthy insurance policy issue through the carrier. This was top notch treatment. I ended up spending a little more money and walked out with an even better watch to add to my collection.
