I purchased a pink sapphire and diamond ring from here, only to realize the big pink sapphire in the middle was very loose. I took it back for them to tighten it which they did but after two weeks of wearing it again, a smaller sapphire fell out and now it is missing a sapphire. I had worn the ring for quite sometime before I took it back for them to tighten the main jewel, and all the jewels remained in place. I believe they tightened the main sapphire and loosened another so I’d pay more money to bring the ring back. I never went back and my ring still has a missing sapphire, this place is a rip off!

If you're looking for a used car experience, choose signature diamonds. My experience was horrible, they sold us a diamond that it supposedly was rated a VS2, but it was actually an I3. There was a massive black inclusion, we just didn't see it until two days later, after the ring had become slightly dirty. 

When we tried you return it they refused to give us our money back, instead they ordered new stones, with better clarity and certifications, and charged us an additional $2,000 for the same quality of stone we blight in the first place. 

Signature diamonds is not honest or reputable. This is an important decision, don't put it in the hands of a business you cannot trust and will not fix their mistakes.

My wife and i bought a wedding set today at Signature Diamonds.  The service was ok.  The price was ok.  Nothing super special to report.  Overall a good experience and i would recommend to others.

Terrible service, overpriced items, I left my watch for over two months to get repair, I was out of the city, never a single call from their part, when I called them always an excuse telling me that my watch was almost ready that they were waiting on a piece, finally went I pick it up for them to give me an excuse saying that the part they brought from Switzerland was the wrong one, they never touched my watch not even to clean it.
