Sharon was so very helpful! I was extremely dissatisfied with Jesse's approach. From the second I walked in he was a very pushy salesman. As I was looking around he was trying to discuss signing me up for a credit card from across the room. Which I found odd because he had no idea the money I came in with. I didn't feel comfortable telling him the reason I was there. I wanted to look around but felt very uncomfortable as he was hoovering around Sharon and I. He would try to push anything I showed interest in. I didn't make a purchase solely because of him. Although I really appreciate Sharon I wouldn't go back because of Jesse.

Went here against my better judgement and should have listened to my instincts. Do yourself a favor and find a small, local jeweler. What you may pay for in a small increase in up front cost, you will gain a thousand times back in better customer service, experienced staff and artisan jewelers. You may find a less costly piece at Jared, but if you need any adjustments or repairs, they will totally overcharge you. I'll spare you the details of my saga, but rest assured, you will be significantly better off elsewhere!

This is the second time at this location and yet again very disappointed in the quality of work that was done. Sent my watch to be fixed, waited a month to get fixed and only repaired half of the requested request. Asked to talk to the manager and was told by the manager that he was on lunch and not to bother him as he doesn't bother me on my lunch.  I would warn you if you are shopping at this location. Good quality jewelry,  customer service the worse.

I brought a ring in to have it resized. It was a two toned ring: a sterling silver claddaugh with a gold heart. When I came to pick it up, it was the right size, but the gold had been polished clean off. They tried to fix it and just made it uglier. The heart is a weird shade of pink now. I paid $40 for them to ruin my jewelry. Won't be going back.

Rude, hack work, argumentative.Recently brought my wife's engagement ring to the mills location and they said the Diamond was loose and they had to fix it and I could pick it up the next day ... ok fair enough right? So I pick it up and it was in terrible condition scratches and pitted all over the prongs had to have them work on it 4 more times to buff out the damage they did to it .... so at least it's done right . Wrong first time she wore the ring after that the diamond is loose really loose so I call them and they say we'll bring it in and we will look at it..... yeah right ! Why so they can argue with me more saying well we are the ones that damaged it. Couldn't be more displeased with this location I will never ever ever go to this one again . Everyone should do yourself a favor go to the centennial location that shop is top notch so brought it there and they fixed it in ten minutes and they finished off fixing the damage the mills did. Zero stars this location should be shut down.
