I've had stones sitting in boxes for years and it was time to do something with them.  Went to Thollot Diamonds and worked with Jessie Peters.  WOW!!  She came up with 3 potential designs before I even left the store and hit my style and hopes SPOT ON.  My fave design was hers of the 3 as well, she got me!  I picked up my finished piece and it's STUNNING.  From design to completion, my piece is everything I wanted and hoped for and more.  Communication was great, timely work, and fabulous piece.  Thank you so much to everyone at Thollot!!!!  P.S. Annie is as great as Jessie!!!!

This was my second purchase from Thollot. The first was a pendant, chain, and matching ear rings as an anniversary gift. I was very happy with the product and the service. My wife and i have four children and this time I wanted to get her a custom pendant with their birthstones. I went in with a picture in my mind of what I wanted but wasn't sure how to get that expressed. The staff took the time to work with me starting by hand drawing pictures until i was looking at what was in my head. They then went through options in design, stones, size, and quality. Things I hadn't considered that greatly improved on my original concept. The end product is beautiful. From the time i first walked in until I picked up the finished product, I was treated with respect and honestly felt like I had spent 10 times what I did. I will be back and highly recommend Thollot to any one.

I cannot speak highly enough about Joy and the entire Tollot Diamonds staff! Joy walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable and welcome the whole time. She had an incredible sense of what I was looking for, even though I wasn’t completely sure of what I wanted. The custom ring that they made for me is absolutely stunning and I couldn’t be happier! I worked directly with Joy the whole time and her knowledge and experience is unparalleled in my opinion. I also worked with Karen who helped design the ring and her expertise was also amazing. She showed me amazing renderings of what the ring would look like and helped me change and tweak it along was and was super helpful. I will never go to another jeweler in my life, and I truly believe that they are the best. If you’re considering going anyplace else, go in and speak with the folks at Thollot and I promise your search will be over! I can’t thank them enough!

This store has a 4.9 rating for great reasons.  I was welcomed right in and immediately asked, "What are YOU looking for?" I didn't have a ton of rings pushed on me.  They got me to exactly what I said my lover wanted.  Thanks Jessie for being so helpful even with your hurt arm you got while wrestling a bear in Yellowstone.

This was my first experience looking at diamond rings and I didn't have a lot of knowledge about shopping for one. I met with Joy who greeted me and made me feel welcome the second I walked in. She asked the right questions and helped me to narrow down to a ring that I liked from their huge collection of rings and other jewelry. At first it was overwhelming but Joy made it fun and helped take the pressure off of the big purchase. It was a great experience and I'm so glad I found them! I highly recommend Thollot over the big box retailers for their quality of diamonds as well as their service. Was a pleasure!
