The service here is excellent.  Brad is extreamly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Customer service and attention to my needs was an obvious priority to him. Will be using this store and Brad for all my jewelry needs.

I made my purchase at the Clarksburg Outlet mall in Maryland. The sales associate, Virginia, was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, pleasant, and amazing in every way. The manager, however, had the WORST customer service and attitude I have ever encountered. While Virginia was helping me, she told Virginia in front of me that she had to hurry up and restock the floor. I said that I had just purchased the diamond bracelet and her attitude seemed as if she didn't appreciate my business. She said she did appreciate my business but "I have a store to run" in a very hostile manner. I said I would return my bracelet, and she said "you are helping Virginia, not me, I don't care if you return it." It was an awful experience and I will never return there again.

Horrible Manager!!! My experience with Helzberg has always been great! I am a returning customer my husband got my engagement ring here, however we did not get the same service at this location the two other representatives Genie and Pat are wonderful they offer the service that one deserves but, the manager was extremely rude and abrupt she had no customer service approach at alll !! Like zero ..acted like she owned the store ..and only to find out she Was the "acting " manager! To the point where the other representative apologized for her lack of customer service. Management is disappointing. What a shame I actually googled another location to see if I can purchase my ring elsewhere. Jackie M
