I’ve been buying jewelry from the arrowhead location for almost 2 decades every time I’ve ever gone into the store I’ve been treated with Grace and respect, until now. I went into the store on December 20, 2017 and was informed that the purchase that I was getting ready to make would qualify my family for a gaming system since we were spending over $1000, I was told this by two different associates when I went to check out the manager, named Joe, refused to allow the associates to provide the gaming system to me because I was using $500 worth of store credit and that store credit didn’t apply to promotions (seems crazy to me too)....... the store credit was provided to me because we paid a extra money for a “lifetime warranty” on a set of earrings a number of years back which would give me replacement value on the remaining stud which so happened to be $500, so I paid extra for my wife’s earrings to be worth $500 and was getting ready to spend an additional amount of money which exceeded that and some how I should be treated as though my money wasn’t good enough to qualify for a promotion. I would have thought they would have wanted to give me 2 systems because we’ve spent so much money with them over the years and have gone out of our way to buy their “extended warranties” but I guess not. When I informed Joe of my dissatisfaction he showed no empathy for the situation and made no effort to make it right by me. The best part is I was completely unaware of the promotion and my family already has the gaming system that they were offering, but that’s not the point the point is the manager should be supporting his team and he should have done whatever he could to try and get the system for me not everything he could to prevent it from happening. As a Berkshire Hathaway company that I know puts customer satisfaction on the top of their priority lists I am disappointed that I now have to go find another jeweler. The $500 store credit is not worth being treated poorly by a unfriendly, unprofessional, bad manager. I would like to add that while Joe was away from us both associates stated that “that’s what he does” and went on to say, not sure why, that their custom jewelry falls apart and that even another store associates ring that was made had to be taken to another jewelry company entirely to be fixed. I hope this helps someone avoid the terrible service I received especially when there are probably 6 other jewelry stores within a few hundred yards of this one at Arrowhead mall.

I got my engagement ring here back in May and I had the most wonderful experience. The ladies were very knowledgeable and I had already been to several different stores and was completely overwhelmed with the whole thing. They had made gave me the best experience possible for shopping for my ring. I have had it know for almost 3 months and I still love it just as much as day one. I have never had any issues with it. They also went completely out of their way to have it sized as soon as possible for me. I definitely recommend this store to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE: THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE LIFETIME WARRANTY THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR. I purchased my wedding bands, that go around my engagement ring, from this hot dumpster fire. I chose to pay extra for the lifetime cleaning and resizing warranty, for the WHOLE RING. Now, two years, one resizing, and 3 cleanings later, they tell me they never offered such a thing for the whole ring. I HAVE THE WARRANTY CARD YOU DUNCE. I’d rather buy jewelry from a cart on the roadside than from this dishonest scam-fest.

I’m writing this review because I went from thinking Helzberg Diamonds was a decently priced and good company. However, after my experience, I feel they are one of the worst jewelry companies. I purchased a ring to give as a promise ring to my girlfriend. She is in the military and deploys soon. The ring was heavily discounted when I got it (which should have been my first warning). A few weeks later, my girlfriend showed me a diamond or two was missing – they had fallen out of the bracket. We took it to a nearby shop which was uncomfortable to walk into as people acted like we didn’t belong. We bought a lifetime warranty for 40 bucks and they gave my girlfriend a date for when she could pick it up. I was in town visiting her around the pick up date and we chose to spend the time together and she planned to pick up the ring a few days after the initial pick up date. She informed me before she went to pick it up a few days after that given pick up date, the company calls and tells her they had not yet even repaired it, couldn’t repair it and would be asking a nearby store for a replacement. My gf asked them to let her know when they got the new one in. 1.5 weeks later she ended up calling them since they had not yet told her if they got the ring or not – turns out they did but didn’t bother to call. She went in that weekend and had another uncomfortable and poor customer service experience. Sadly, a few days later she noticed a diamond missing yet again – this time from a different part of the ring. I chose to contact the company through their online chat. Initially was told they could give in store credit to choose a different ring and then told me I could not in a different chat. When I called, the woman I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and even hung up on me – all because I had used PayPal to purchase the ring through their online store. They are now refusing even a refund or store credit. I’m now filing a complaint through PayPal to see if I can at least get a refund. Please, if you’re thinking of getting something nice for someone you love, save your money and frustration and go somewhere that is not Helzberg. I’ll never be going back as not one person this whole experience has been nice. What was supposed to be a sweet, kind, loving and sentimental moment for my gf before she deploys has turned into something terrible and frustrating for us.

ZERO stars if I could. I've never, ever had such a bad experience in my life. I am AD military and I'll be deploying soon. My amazing boyfriend chose to get me a promise ring I could have on me and he went with Helzberg diamonds. This particular location was where I requested the ring be repaired when a few jems fell out. They set a date for pick up and I missed it by a few days and was about to come in when I got a call - they hadn't even fixed it and were replacing it. Good luck - it was at a nearby store. I asked them to let me know when they got it in and they didn't call. I finally called after about a week and was told it was there and to come in - which I did that weekend. There was no one in the store and the lady instantly asked if I had a ticket order when I asked if I could pick up my ring. I looked confused since I did not have one and she looked at me like I was dumb as a box of rocks. She told me she would ''at least need an ID to know I was not just there to take someone's stuff''. The manner in which it said was so abrasive and I felt like I must have looked homeless to them or something for the looks given. I told her I'd show her my military ID and did. She dug out the ring and all seemed well. I informed her my experience was not good thus far and she asked why. I proceeded to let her know about the ring failing, the poor customer service, and them not calling. She looked at the ticket order she had and told me ''that's unfortunate and they didn't even write it down''. I asked what she meant and she proceeded to tell me they didn't write down that I asked to call and that it's not ''in their policy to call unless asked''. I informed her they clearly failed and left with my ring. To top all of this off, the ring lost ANOTHER part - one of the diamonds. I contacted my boyfriend to see what he'd like me to do after everything. He reached out to the company to see about in store credit to find a different more reliable ring. They said that was okay. Shortly after this, when he wanted to clarify things they informed him he could not get any kind of in-store credit and could only return the ring through online since he paid online AND he paid through paypal (he sometimes prefers this for safety reasons). Then they switched it again and said they wouldn't even do the refund through the internet and us shipping it back either. He tried to see why and they hung up on him. Poor quality products. Poor quality service. Trash company. I URGE you to go somewhere else.
