Amazing shop. They worked with me above and beyond to create the perfect engagement ring, talking me through every step of the process and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I don't know anything about jewelry or what goes into picking a ring, so I was glad I could trust these experts. Highly recommended!

I can not remember every ones name so I will tell you about my experience with the whole group. First of all someone in Sun City Az told me about this store. When I walked in everyone was very pleasant and interested about why I was there. I told the lady what I wanted the first thing I looked at was not in my price range. I told her my price range and she found something that was. The thing I bought was a replacement of my wife's wedding ring they told me they might not be able to get it before Christmas and the very next day they called to tell me to pick it up. As a purchasing experience it could not be better best ever. Plus the work the best. Try them and you will like them.

I have been doing business with Setterberg Jewelers for over 10 years. They have never disappointed me. Their products are varied and above excellent; the staff is courteous & knowledgeable. The pieces I have purchased are classically beautiful, including the birthday present which pleased my daughter-in-law so very much. I do not hesitate to recommend Setterberg's because I plan to continue to do business with them myself.

This is one of the best jewelry stores, not just in Arizona, but in the whole United States. The staff is wonderfully charming, their knowledge of jewelry is superb and their jewelry is high class. This is one of those surprise stores you find once in a lifetime. It is must visit store.
