Went into London Gold to find out how much it would cost to get my new watch sized appropriately. I was dressed like a bum but they treated me very nice answered multiple questions about jewelry that I had with me as well. Gave me an appraisal on my jewelry and adjusted my watch for me and they didn't charge me anything. It was refreshing to receive such good service and quite the surprise to get it for free!

I recently visited London Gold’s Arrowhead store to have my wedding ring resized. Mary Jo assisted me, and was very helpful and friendly. She understand how important my ring is to me — it’s not just my wedding ring, it is an exact copy of my late Mother’s ring. When she passed away, London Gold built the ring for me. Their work was exquisite , and every time I look at it I am reminded of my mom. I love it, and I appreciate London Gold’s wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Mary Jo is very knowledgeable when it comes to gemstones and all other fine jewelry. She has always given us her best advice and we have been very happy with our purchases.She's an asset to London Gold.

I had never shopped at London Gold before.  Angelica was the sales associate who assisted me in selecting my wedding band.  She was very patient and helpful.  I look forward to making many more purchases with Angelica in the future.

London Gold is our "go to" place for all our jewelry needs.
From the time we entered into the showroom we were treated like family.  Everyone is so friendly, helpful and are willing to attend to our every request.
Oh and the cookies are great!!
