Nothing special, and at least in my experience after shopping around a lot, they are FAR from the best prices. In fact, their "best possible price" was about $3,000 more than several quotes I've received from other dealerships...and were higher than all but 2 dealerships in Eastern MA (yeaahhh, I've done a lot of shopping around and homework). On top of that, the salesperson we got (Lance) could not have been bothered. The most uninterested salesperson I've yet encountered, beginning with the first handshake. The concerning part was that his desk is littered with all sorts of awards for being their best. I've been to all the Herb Chamber locations, and for the others was struck by the welcome. Not here. Their Client Care Specialist contacted me the next day to see how things went. In that exchange, I mentioned both the attitude, and the uninspiring pricing. She got to work right away to try to give better numbers. And of course, she came back with numbers that were a decent amount HIGHER than what Lance had put forth. So just confirmed for me, this is not the place to go to get the best prices.

I recently purchased a 2017 Honda HRV EX-L at Herb Chambers Burlington. In all my years of car shopping, this was the most informative, effective, and overall exceptional experience. My salesperson, Jarrad, was amazing and kudos to Carlos for an amazing deal. In two hours I sealed the deal with no hassle and drove away in a my new car. I fully recommend anyone looking for a Honda to visit Herb Chambers Burlington.

Brian M is amazing! Super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. He made things easy, the process was enjoyable and I felt like I was in good hands. I felt like he was honest and forthcoming with a priority to find what worked best for me without any other motivation or intent. Sure, he's trying to sell a car, however, that need wasn't his top priority or at least it never felt that way. Brian was great and I would highly recommend him.

I have to admit, I dread buying cars. I know what I want and hate wasting time. When we finally got ourselves to Herb Chambers to look at the car we were interested in, I was surprised at how pleasant the experience was. The staff was friendly and responsive (we worked with Sergio). The pricing is right for the vehicle. The chairs are comfortable. And the entire process was smooth and efficient, so we didn't spend a lot of time waiting around. This was definitely the best experience buying a car that I've ever had. The only room for improvement may be the tight parking lot, if it's busy there isn't a lot of room to maneuver - but that won't keep us away, we will definitely be back for future cars.

It was my first time having my CRV serviced there. They greeted me when I entered. The service rep explained what would be done and gave me a price for the work. He gave me an estimated time frame for completion of the service which turned out to be accurate. When he returned the keys to me, he confirmed what service was completed and even found a $10 off coupon that he applied to my bill. Very happy!
