Knew exactly what I wanted in a used car, did my research, and started looking around on-line. Herb Chambers had the lowest price by far.  Thus, I made the decision to travel 4 hrs round trip for the best deal. When I was ready to buy (but still doing business via phone), managers Julian and Jude were friendly and very responsive to my detailed questions. When I arrived at dealership, Tom was ready to help me make the final decision. This place seems efficient and customer-oriented, but not sales-pitchy. Tom was professional,  helpful, and informative - very well-versed in his job. With very little angst (and even a few laughs), I bought the car, which included a trade-in. As I was an out-of-state customer, Tom delivered the car to my RMV, again, incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. I am very happy with the car and highly recommend this dealership.

I own a Kia optima and I love it that's the only reason I give it a 3. The sales people are a bunch of liars and will do anything to get you in the door. They sent me an email saying I could trade my car in for a newer model and they would give me 1000$ bonus with 0%. All lies! I even printed the email out and gave it to him and he said they couldn't do any of that. So thanks for wasting my time. Also the guy who works in the parts and service is rude and doesn't listen to you if your trying to describe what's wrong. Just yeah's you and takes your keys to the mechanic.

Editing this, as I put my Herb Chambers Honda review here instead... Sorry! I really liked this place. Did not buy a car here, but the staff was very low-pressure. The test drive was great, back roads and highway both. But the associate here really took the time to go through every control in the cabin, and every inch of the vehicle exterior which was excellent. I would recommend shopping here if you are in the market for a Kia.

Had a very great experience here. Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had previously gone to a different closer kia and the person trying to help me knew nothing and it was a horrible experience. This place was so much better and they have ice cream.

I bought a Kia Forte 2017. I love my car! The staff was awesome at KIA Burlington. They were friendly, kind, helpful. John was very helpful and patient with all my questions and needs. I haven't bought a car in a decade! Sunny (sorry for the wrong spelling) was wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better team And Ramone was very thorough and nice when delivering my car. Answered all questions!! Thank you so much.
