I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I am not usually one to post reviews but these guys really deserve it. The service department was so helpful and kind, if it weren't for them especially Matt Carney i don't know what I would have done! thanks again guys! Would recommend to anybody looking for excellent service!

I went to four dealerships before going to the Auburn Herb Chambers where I had bought my last Toyota 7 years ago. A young fellow, Julio Romero, was my salesman. An awesome fellow with an incredible fount of knowledge. He satisfied all my concerns and most especially gave me a great price, much better than the other four dealers. The head guy there, Tomi, saw that everything was concluded as fast as possible. This place has really improved in 7 years and gets my highest approval.

Bought multiple cars here and the place has gone downhill. Won't be coming back. They tried tacking on $3,500 dollars to a lease that was negotiated before. Claimed i have to pay for them to inspect my vehicle before i can finance it after leasing it for 3 years. Asked for the contract i signed they first said it was in a file room that is locked and don't have a key for. Contracts were done on the computer nice try. Scummy customer service. Good job on losing a lifetime customer.

Bad experience, poor service. I want to sell my car there. The first quote was only 5k!!!! Are you kidding me? I told them I got the appraisal at other place with 13k. Then they increase the quote to 10k. 5k at first, then 10k after 1 minute? If 10k is the price you want to offer, please be straightforward. Don’t trust them!

My experience at the dealership was great. The salesperson (Fouad) was knowledgeable and relaxed. I didn't feel like I was being talked into anything that I didn't want. The negotiation process was smooth and reasonable.
