I’m a frequent customer. Every time I go in for service Karla treats me great. Very knowledgeable about product and warranties and services that my vehicle is due for always keeping my best interest in mind and making sure my vehicle is running healthy and up to date. Always a great experience when I visit this dealership and not enough fantastic things can be said about Karla always does such a great job!

Would give them negative 5 stars if possible but have to give at least 1 star to post a review. I brought my vehicle in the other day with a loud noise coming from underneath the hood. Told Anthony (scam artist) I wasn’t sure exactly what the noise was. This was apparently an open invitation to rip me off by falsely diagnosing the car which I had to pay $130.00 for and quote me an extremely high number for the work that didn’t even need to be done in the first place. They told me $6,200 for the repair, called one place, they told me they could do everything the dealership said needed to be done for $2,200. Go and get the vehicle from Hyundai in auburn to bring it to the new shop. Few hours pass and they give me a call telling me that what the dealership had said didn’t need replacing at all just some cleaning in the engine was needed and would not amount to more than $650 including labor. 

When I went to go pick up the car from auburn Anthony was not questioning at all why I was just picking the car up and not having it worked on, all well not even being able to look in my direction never mind maintain eye contact. Not just Anthony either I have had bad experience with this dealership before with very rude and unhelpful employees but nothing like this. From $6,200 to $650? Should probably be placed under arrest for attempting to scam people out of nearly $6,000.

I went in to get my car serviced and felt very welcomed. Karla Martinez from the service department was very nice and respectful. Every time I go in she reminds me about the services that are upcoming on my vehicle and never gives me an issue when I book appointments and works around my busy schedule. Karla gives the company great customer satisfaction.

Went in to get my car serviced here. I was met by the Service Manager and he was awesome. Super friendly, and helpful. When I went to go pick the car up, he took time to explain to me what had been done on my car. Will definitely be going back!!

I brought my 2010 Elantra in 2 weeks ago for a tire rotation and oil change I worked with Karla. SHE WAS GREAT! She was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend working with Karla here if you can. My cousin is going in Tuesday for an oil change and I told her to make sure she works with Karla.
