Horrible experience with Lyft and Hertz! I would recommend anything other than signing up for Express Drive! You'd be better to go work for McDonald's! You pay over $200/week for a car that you'll receive dirty & will have to clean yourself. Their insurance doesn't cover hail damage so if it happens to hail outside, you have to pay for the damages yourself! The deductible for what is covered is $2500. Not to mention the fact that Lyft expects a 90% acceptance rate to keep renting. If you should end up sick and happen to return the vehicle late, you will be threatened with the car being reported as stolen, them charging you for repossession, etc.. Hell, I wish they would've come to get it! It was in front of my house the whole time & they have my address! Oh, but then they wouldn't be able to keep charging me for the rental. They didn't even give a full week before they wanted to charge for the first rental fees & if you don't have the money, despite them having your deposit, they deactivate you to where you can't give rides to earn any money. What a joke and a waste of time!

Worst experience ever! They will not answer the phone at this location. Call corporate and they couldn't care less. Stay away from this company. Not worth the headache and over charges.

You will never get an answer.  I sat in the office and called them.  I watched as the phone rang as the girl just sat there.  I even asked her 'are you going to get that?'  she didn't even bat an eye.  This location sucks....go to the park meadows office at pep boys.
