I booked a car for 10 days..the insurance was optional but after the employee (Rob) repeatedly lowering the price i bit..i paid the insurance cash,my car rental and my 150 deposit was put on my credit card.10 days later i return car and was told my total is 717.00.i said how he said u got collision,i said yes but i paid cash.at that point he remembered and said "oh yea...hold on...did you book it for a week and then call for an extension?" Absolutely not i have the reservation email...i still have yet to get my deposit back..even if there were some hidden charges it is HIGHLY unlikely that my total would come up to the EXACT dollar amount of my rental+deposit..2 weeks later i call and the "supervisor" tells me that he would have to check with rob because the numbers im givin him dont add up because collision is 117 for 5 days..which is laughable..i am very detailed oriented..so i played along and said even IF i would have agreed to that which i wouldnt because after all its OPTIONAL.. but even if i did my total would still be less than the sum of my deposit and car rental. He said he will call me back and never did..i called customer service and they took my information and said they would submit it to the "higher ups" and someone would be contactin me in 48 hrs..2 weeks later i still have not gotten my deposit back nor a good explanation as to why.. i paid the 117 for the insurance cash which i found odd not surprised if the workers are not running some sort of scheme

Is this particular circumstance I was involved in a hit-and-run. Luckily I was not in the car. The representatives at Enterprise we're very caring to my situation. They were very courteous and they helped me pick out a car and gave me absolutely no worries on the rental. I frequent Enterprise often because they always are very professional and they have very nice cars. You will pay a little more then some other car rentals places but the money is worth it based off of their Superior customer service
