The customer service which I received is second to none. Richard is very friendly and always going out of his way to ensure my experience goes well. I live an hour away from this location however I continue to rent from this location because of the service that Richard provides.

I rent from that location often and they are great!! Very friendly and unlike some hertz locations, the customer service is outstanding!
