Just walked out and I am very displeased with Ken, the manager, rep, and owner, of this location. His lack of urgency and being a good resource is alarming. When I arrived to pick up a vehicle I told Ken I wanted to return it Saturday evening. He said I cant because they close at 12 noon and they are closed on Sunday so i will have to bring it in on Monday. I asked if I can drop it off and that was not an option. It wasnt until today after I questioned his operations that he mentioned that there was a drop box.  But what made me heated was the fact that he wanted to charge me a higher rate on Sunday and Monday than on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!! Ken then passed the buck and told me I need to talk to customer service to dispute this charge. I called corporate on the spot and they actually told me that they can look at it after it is closed but the waiver or adjustment is at the discretion of the manager. So now everyone is passing the buck. After standing there standing by firm on getting my rate adjusted i check out the reviews on this location (because I was flabbergasted at he lack of customer service provides by this man)and surely, what do I see? One star ratings and KEN's name!

Horrible customer service....not the staff but by the onsite manager Ken who sits at the front counter as a rep. He is unfriendly, unwelcoming, degrading attitude and just has a nasty disposition.  Who do I contact to about this manager? Clearly nothing will improve if he is the only POC to file a complaint about him. If this is a franchise.... and he's the owner, I will NOT return nor will I endorse this location.  As a HR professional... this is not acceptable behavior and must be addressed.  Ratings -0

If I could as well I would give Hertz a -0. I don't know how Ken at this location is the manager.  I went to pick up my rental and had it for only a day in a half when I was omw home from work , the rental car STOPPED on me in the middle of traffic. I was very scared. When i went to return the rental, i asked for some type of compensation due to the fact this was a safety Hazard. "The manager Ken" was very unhelpful and told me I would have to call Customer service...they also were very unhelpful. I will NEVER rent from them Again!

The Staff here is extremely helpful and competent.

Great customer service.  The quality/ volume of cars is mandated/governed  by headquarters, not the staff/owner of this  franchise
