I needed a full size vehicle for a trip to South Carolina. I stopped in a week before my trip and got a price quote from Harry the branch manager who was very helpful and reserved a vehicle for me. On the day of my trip I was assisted by Chris who was very helpful and gave me the keys to a Ford Expedition. My wife and children enjoyed our trip to South Carolina. Our trip was smooth and comfortable thanks to the folks at Enterprise.

My experience was nothing short of wonderful and convenient. They were very customer conscious and respectful. They helped me out in more ways than one. I was suppose to be getting a four door sedan and they gave me a SUV at no extra charge to cut down on my wait time although I wasn't waiting long. They had three to four representatives managing the customers. It went smoothly and they explained all concerns to the best of their ability to each customer who had any. Marcus was extremely understanding of my situation and it being my first time ever needing to rent a vehicle. He was patient and kind. He helped me understand policies and how the insurance worked. My overall experience was great and I would go back to them for service.

sanitizing and cleaning the interior of the vehicles. The interior carries a lot of viruses. I love renting cars from Enterprise. And that just might bring back more customers. Please sanitize and clean.

My experience was great. They made a mistake at my bank with my account so I had to use cash to pay for my car rental and deposit. The manager allowed me to get a money order for the amount. This allowed me to make my trip. It relieved the stress I had been experiencing. I had a great trip and returned the car as promised. I appreciate the good care and compassion I received from Enterprise.

Great customer service!  My service started with Ruby, I also deal with Evan and ended with Kristen and I believe Marcus. Everyone was very professional and patient. I had a great experience. Actually, I've never had a bad experience here or any other Enterprise. Whenever I rent a vehicle, I normally use Enterprise. Keep up the good work!
