Absolute worst car rental facility. Stood around for 30 mins in line and no one was being helped. One employee working on a Saturday and he would walk out with every customer and they would DRIVE to where the truck was to do a walk around while everyone in line waited. Unbelievable. Canceled my reservation and will not be back

The Budget Car Rental in Laurel was quick and painless. The persons attending were very helpful in the process. Turning the vehicle back was very efficient. This facility is very user-friendly. I would go back again.

Great place to rent your car. It's pretty cheap and we rented a car twice to go on different road trips. It was great and the car never broke down

They opened late after having reserved a vehicle online. They weren't able to apply a discount after the reservation had been made. They needed information about my insurance coverage because I didn't use their insurance. There was one person working and trying to train someone else I guess because the other lady wasn't assisting anyone so the wait was long.
