Came here after making a reservation with Hertz and going through a difficult process of confirmation, Enterprise really made everything easy. I entered my information online before coming into the office which made the process faster. Would definitely come again for future car rentals.

I set up an appointment and they reassured me that There would be a vehicle waiting at the car repair shop for me. I waited 3 hours for a car.  The enterprise representive hid in his office and didn't give me or any of the other customers any information about when we could expect a vehicle.  I tried to call their office and was put on hold and never spoke to an actual person.

When a vehicle arrived, the rep gave it to people who hadn't been waiting as long as I had, because " their insurance covered that size." 

The vehicle I got had less than a quarter tank of gas and the tire pressure was low ( I later discovered it had a leak). 

After finally getting a car, 2.5 hours after being told "10 minutes" from the enterprise representative, 3 hours after my scheduled appointment with enterprise, the rep was very rude to me.

Worst service ever!!! It was Labor Day weekend and I was told there was a two and a half hour wait. I was not greeted when I entered at all. I was never even acknowledged. I stood in what I assumed was a line only to see someone walk in and ask if the was a sign in sheet. I asked if I was to sign in a the gentleman said yes after people who signed in after me signed. I asked if I could sit down and I was told yes. I asked if there were anyway to get my car sooner and was told no! I was then asked to provide 3 additional numbers for emergency contacts and I said I didn't have one. The gentleman laughed at me and looked at his female co-worker while they laughed together. I was upset that the associate Eric then offered to take a client to another enterprise because of wait complaint. Overall poor service
