Worse service ever!  Daughter got a ticket for expired inspection sticker.  They gave her another car with NO inspection sticker.  The lady said some don't have to have stickers. I asked her how the cops know the diff so my daughter wouldn't get another ticket and she couldn't answer my question.   The initial deposit was supposed to be "pending " but it took it out her account anyway.  When she finally took the car back ... and supposed to get her deposit back ...  they took the 140$ out for the 2nd time !! I called. To inquire about the situation and now she won't return or answer the phone.  I know the have caller ID!  I'm on my way up there. If I could have give no star .... I would have !!

Last time we rented from this particular store the vehicle they gave us was filthy inside and out. They refused to give us another or clean it. Yesterday we made another reservation. Today my wife received a confirmation text stating our car was ready. One hour later we drove 30 miles to pick up our rental. Once we get to the store, the person working the desk (who was very rude) told us we don't have any cars. He pointed to the parking lot while stating, "see we ain't got nothing."  My wife asked why did we get a text and what are we supposed to do now?  The guy said, "I guess you're gonna have to go somewhere else."  I will never go back to this store and highly suggest no one else does either.

I rent from here pretty often.  Small place but efficient.   Tip make sure you are here at least fifteen minutes before your pick up or drop off.

While the staff is very friendly, this company puts damaged vehicles back on the road to squeeze more money out of vehicles. Broken doors, nails in tires, broken headlights. If they could manage to provide maintenance to these vehicles before sending them out I'd give 5 stars. I've exchanged mine twice in 3 days and this last one is broken too. I just don't want to go back until I turn it in for good.
